This agreement is a legal contract between you and Yinghu VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile accelerator application (the 'App').

By downloading or using the App, you are deemed to have understood and agreed to this agreement. Please read it carefully before use. Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, text translation, or derivative development of the App or associated trademarks is prohibited. Intellectual property related to the App belongs to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust functions or service fees, and fee changes will be clearly communicated. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality. We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting devices.

This Service integrates some necessary third-party services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, etc.). During use, you are simultaneously bound by the respective terms of service of these partners.

Service limitations: the App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. If service cannot be used due to unpaid device bills, data limits, or poor signal, the Service Provider is not responsible for the resulting issue. Mobile carriers may charge data fees outside Wi-Fi. If you enable roaming outside your country of origin without a suitable data plan, resulting roaming fees are your responsibility. Before using the App, ensure you have permission from the bill payer.

Users are fully responsible for their own usage behavior. For example, inability to access the service due to a depleted device battery is outside our compensation scope. Although we try to provide accurate global routing information, some data may come from third-party partners, and we are not liable for direct or indirect losses resulting from such data. For compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate App services without prior notice. After termination, your license becomes invalid and you must stop using and delete the App.
